Refund policy
Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues regarding the items you have ordered, please reach out to us! We will do our best to help you find a solution.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct any issues.
Refunds
If your product arrives damaged, you may request a refund or replacement within 5 days after delivery. Please send pictures or videos for proof of damage. You may be eligible for either a full refund or a partial refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

*We are not responsible for the package once we ship it out. The shipping carrier is responsible for the package. Please contact them if you are having any issues.
